PLACE ALL THREE FILES IN YOUR UT2004 SYSTEM FOLDER.
YOU MUST ALSO USE THE .UCL PROVIDED.

XxInstaGibxX is map vote friendly. The four mutators allow you to vote between Zoom, No Zoom, or different fire speeds on the fly.
Instagib mutators based off .ini files are bound to the same .ini making hot swappable settings impossible.
This method also helps to inforce community standards.

Changes in this release:

Multihit kills fixed.
Fixed bug in stats tracking.
