A somewhat more efficient Flak Cannon with new firing modes: rapid fire (3 tightly grouped flak chunks, four times per second) or slow fire (12 flak chunks in a wide spread). Added a nice glow to the chunks and trails, upped the damage per chunk with 50% and doubled the mass and momentum transfer. Increased the max desireability of the cannon slightly compared to the original.

Installation:
Drop all files except the *.utx into your UT2004System folder.
The UTX files go into your UT2004Textures folder.

If you are running a server, go to your UT2004System folder and open UT2004.ini in Notepad. Search for "ServerPackages" and add the line "ServerPackages=HeavyFlakCanno​n" below the others.

For arena play, use the ordinary Arena mutator. If you want to exchange the ordinary Flak Cannon for the Heavy Flak Cannon in a game, just select "Heavy Flak Cannon" from the mutator list.
I recommend the Worm 2k4 mutator for those more advanced exchanges, like swapping out all Flak Cannons AND Bio Rifles and replacing them with Heavy Flak Cannons or whatever:
