This Mutator lets you change:
1. How much health you start off with.
2. How much health your normal max is(100).
3. How much health your supermax is (199).
4. How much shield power you start off with.
5. How much shields you can carry at maximum (150).
Bugs
------------------------------
1. Online clients cannot see how much shields they actually have past 150.
but that doesent mean the dont have it at all...
2. Causes crash if combined with tweak tool 2004.
Other Stuff

Don't type letters in the numerical value boxes! :P Wouldent want to know what
will happen if someone tried that.
