Put .ukx files in your ut2004/animations folder
Put .ka files in your ut2004/karmadata folder
Put .U in your ut2004/maps folder
Put .uax files in your ut2004/sounds folder
Put .usx files in your ut2004/staticmeshes folder

The city is just a test bed for the car, if you thik it sucks then your right.
