[UT3] Vehicle Friendly Low Grav v1.0

Description

These mutators were a request by JD8 on the Epic forums.
JD8 wanted a low gravity mutator that didn't affect vehicles. Meaning, that they can be driven normally without any strange things occuring due to the gravity.
So we have 4 mutators:
1) this is the one requested, and it's about 50% gravity
2) this one seems to be similar to Epic's low grav at about 20% gravity.
3) 10% gravity.
4) Just as an exercise in testing my patience ;), I thought I'd develop an ingame configurable mutator. This allows you to change the gravity from 95% to 5% (and back) in steps of 5%.

Now you can use these in any gametype, but you can't use them together with each other, or with Epic's low grav.

And here's a hint. If you choose a fairly low gravity value, and you want to get down quicker, use your translocator, or in a vehicle match, switch to your hoverboard(this is very handy especially when you're getting shot at while in the air).
