To install:
Drag the CommandoSkins_specialops.utx into your Unreal Tournament textures folder. Next drag the CommandoSkins_specialops.int into your UT System folder. That's it!

To play online you'll need to do this:

Open the file UnrealTournament.ini in the UT System folder. Go down until you see Serverpackages. It's only a short way down from the top. After the last item put: ServerPackages=CommandoSkins_s​pecialops

So it'll be like this:

ServerPackages=SoldierSkins
ServerPackages=CommandoSkins
ServerPackages=FCommandoSkins
ServerPackages=SGirlSkins
ServerPackages=BossSkins
ServerPackages=Botpack
ServerPackages=CommandoSkins_s​pecialops

Yours might be different based on other stuff you may have installed.
